Very excited about this #sundayreading as I was critiquing this from inception and it’s always been a brilliant idea. So far it’s living up to all expectations #sundayreads #amreading #childrensbooksmatter

#throwbackthursday to this time 2016 visiting Dorset and the village of #tyneham which was requisitioned by Ministry of Defence in 1943 but never given back to the villagers. Now it's an interesting but very sad time capsule. #tynehamvillage #tynehamabandonedvillage #travelphotography #travel #travelogram

This #sundayreading …appropriately? called Saturday. It’s one day stream of consciousness - free indirect style third person close up. I usually like Ian McEwan and this novel does have his usual engaging style but there were pages where I ended skim reading - too much detail on brain operations and squash games and cooking fish stock(!!) though the latter I might conceivably use. #sundayreads #amreading

Surprise yourself. Extracts from June newsletter

Hello there. Sorry about the lack of newsletter in May. I simply ran out of time to write it - lots of boring and stressful things happening in my life. However I've taken a bit of time to re-think what I'm doing and to re-prioritise, and I do suggest you do the same...
